John brings a wealth of business experience in Direct Sales and Marketing Management. With over 15 years in three industry sectors, his passion is to build a quality customer product with a world class aftercare service.  He believes it is essential that all requirements of potential and existing clients are met with the highest of standards.  The education sector demands and rightly deserves this kind of leadership approach.  John is a father who believes that education should provide opportunities to all, and be based on 'real world' experience.

Joanne has 17 years experience in Education and has worked as part of progressive Senior Leadership Teams who have brought about major school improvement changes.  She has been a member of Professor David Hargreave's Think Tank on The Deeps in Action (iNet publications on Personalisation of Learning).  Her passion is to bring creativity and innovation to school leadership and classroom learning.  Joanne is a teacher and is currently working to improve educational provision in specialist EBD units.
